My 3rd n oso the last dish for the day
Deep Fried Potato Balls
Recipe taken from "Cooking for Kids" by Pancy Seng
80g minced meat
120g prawns (shelled and diced)
400g potatoes (boiled, peeled and mashed)
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp chopped spring onion
15g fried shallots
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 egg white
1. Fry minced meat and prawns together till cooked.
2. Add them into the mashed potato, along with egg yolk, spring onion, fried shallots, slat and pepper. Mix well.
3. Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into balls. Dip in egg white and coat with breadcrumbs.
4. Heat Oil in a pan and deep-fry the potato balls till golden brown.
Personally, i oso add in some ham cos i like ham =P
